Administrative Council - the governing body of the church, meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month. The chair of all the other committees and representatives from all ministries of the church are included in this group as well as members at large.

Children's Ministry - organizes Christian education programs for children (preschool through 5th grade). It also organizes the Children's Church Service that takes place in the Family Life Center (FLC) during Sunday morning worship service. These programs begin in September and run throughout the school year.

Committee on Lay Leadership (Nominating) - led by Pastor John Mars, this group is responsible for developing and staffing leadership positions in the church by preparing a slate of officers for acceptance by the congregation.

Congregational Life Team - coordinates multigenerational activities that minister directly to those within the congregation. These activities include small group gatherings, community functions, camping, and sports.  Some of the past activities have included the End-of-Life Legal Issues Forum, the Cowboy Potluck, the Ice Cream Social/Slide Show, the Three Island Crossing Trip, a trip to the McCall Ice Carnival, and the Community Art Fair.

Contemporary Planning Team - coordinates and directs a wide variety of congregational worship activities.   

Family Ministries Team - develops and coordinates family and multigenerational programs, services, and activities. These include children, youth, and adult ministries.

Finance Committee - has the huge task of directing income and expenditures for our congregation.  They  meet the 2nd Thursday of each month.

Lay Chaplains - a special ministry team designed to provide immediate and long-term nurturing for the  critically ill and shut-ins in our congregation.  Coordinated by Pastor John Mars, they meet about once a month on a Saturday morning.  Each lay chaplain is carefully selected and trained. 

Lay Leader -  As Lay Leader, Jo Reed represents the congregation-at-large in the governing process of the church. Her ministry is to help each member realize and use their particular gifts and talents to the fullest.

Lay Members of Annual Conference - These positions are voted on each year at Charge Conference. Representatives attend the Annual Conference in June. 

Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) - is the governing/supportive body for paid employees of the congregation.  They meet on the 1st Monday of each month.

Trustees - this is the official “ownership” board of the congregation and is responsible for all property use and policy.  They meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
